Forest Bathing @ Sonic Springs


Sonic Springs is a conscious and transformative experience with our community of musicians, artists, yogis, wellness practitioners, and you! Join us this summer for 3 days of music, dancing, art, yoga, wellness, and love on the Saugeen River.

Practice mindfulness in a forest setting, fully immersing oneself in the surroundings and using mindfulness prompts to promote relaxation. The 3 hour journey invites participants to learn about the art of forest bathing and its benefits for mind, body, and spirit.
